We were thrilled to recently host the renowned Way We were thrilled to recently host the renowned Wayfarer Sailing Rally here at Loch Lomond Waterfront. Our site became home base for the entire rally, providing comfortable accommodation and a perfect spot for their impressive fleet of 20 boats. Sailors from Denmark, the Netherlands, Canada, the USA, and all across the UK launched from our sandy beach, spending their days racing across the loch and exploring Loch Lomond’s famous islands. Highlights included a memorable stop at the Inchmurrin Island pub and a scenic sail over to Luss, with plenty of adventure along the way. Despite the ever-changing autumn weather, the group made the most of their time, discovering all the area has to offer. Regis Banqueting kept everyone well fed from our pop-up clubhouse, and a lively trumpeter added to the festive atmosphere. Here’s a few images from the rally ⛵️
