Loch Lomond Waterfront is committed to encouraging equality, fairness and inclusion amongst all our guests, staff and suppliers. The aim is for our workforce to represent all sections of society, and for everyone on our premises to feel respected and valued.
We are committed to fostering this every day and equality and fairness will be embedded in our culture and actions. Discrimination on the grounds of any of the protected characteristics of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation will not be tolerated.
Our relations with staff, guests and all who visit Loch Lomond Waterfront are very important to us and our goal is to ensure that all actions, communications and requests between staff, guests and suppliers are at all times respectful.
Guests will be helped and encouraged to relax in our safe open and welcoming environment and all our team members will be trained to meet company goals and to further their potential.

- Make our facilities available and accessible to all guests.
- Review guest practices and procedures when necessary to ensure fairness and equality and update them to take account of any changes in the law.
- Assess how the equality policy is working in practice, review annually and consider taking action to address any issues.

- Prevent discrimination in pay and benefits, terms and conditions of employment, dealing with grievances and discipline, dismissal, redundancy, leave for parents, requests for flexible working, and selection for employment, promotion, training or other developmental opportunities.
- Train all employees on their rights and responsibilities under the equality policy.
- Monitor the make-up of the workforce regarding information such as age, sex, ethnic background, sexual orientation, religion or belief, and disability in encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion, and in meeting the aims and commitments set out in the equality policy.

The equality policy is fully supported by senior management and owners of Loch Lomond Waterfront. We will inform all staff that the policy is in operation and that they will be obligated to comply with its requirements. The policy will also be drawn to the attention of guests and visitors.
Our policy will be monitored and reviewed annually to ensure that equality and diversity are continually promoted throughout Loch Lomond Waterfront.
