Our customer loyalty scheme

We hope our guests enjoy their time with us and fall in love with Loch Lomond as we have. That’s why we created our customer loyalty scheme to offer all our returning guests a 5% discount, valid all year round. Simply reference your previous booking when booking online or by phone and we will apply the discount for you.

VIP Club

Our VIP Club is for anyone who wants to stay in touch with us. As a VIP member, you’ll get 5% discount valid all year and be the first to hear about our offers. Your 5% discount is on top of any other offer – so if you are returning guest (as detailed above) and a signed-up member of our VIP club, you’ll enjoy 10% off in total! We also offer exclusive deals for our VIP Club members throughout the year. Our VIP newsletter is monthly, so you don’t have to worry about your inbox getting filled up.

'My husband and I came here to celebrate my 40th birthday and we truly had a magnificent time. There was everything that you needed in your accommodation even washing liquid and conditioner for the washing machine. The hot tub and steam room were a real highlight as well as the living log fire.'
