Our customer loyalty scheme

We hope our guests enjoy their time with us and fall in love with Loch Lomond as we have. That’s why we created our customer loyalty scheme to offer all our returning guests a 5% discount, valid all year round. Simply reference your previous booking when booking online or by phone and we will apply the discount for you.

Please note: only one discount can be applied on a single booking (with exception to VIP Club offers).

VIP Club

Our VIP Club is for anyone who wants to stay in touch with us. As a VIP member, you’ll get 5% discount valid all year and be the first to hear about our offers. Your 5% VIP discount is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, other than our returning guest discount (as detailed above). With this you’ll enjoy 10% off in total! We also offer exclusive deals for our VIP Club members throughout the year. Our VIP newsletter is monthly, so you don’t have to worry about your inbox getting filled up.
