Our customer loyalty scheme

We hope our guests enjoy their time with us and fall in love with Loch Lomond as we have. That’s why we created our customer loyalty scheme to offer all our returning guests a 5% discount, valid all year round. Simply reference your previous booking when booking online or by phone and we will apply the discount for you.

Please note: only one discount can be applied on a booking. The maximum discount of 10% will be applied to a 3-night minimum stay – this is your VIP club 5% discount, added to a repeat booker discount of 5% – if you have booked and stayed with us before.

VIP Club

Our VIP Club is for anyone who wants to stay in touch with us. As a VIP member, you’ll get 5% discount valid all year and be the first to hear about our offers. Your 5% VIP discount is not to be used in conjunction with any of our special offers and deals. As a repeat booker, however, you will recieve 10% off all full-priced bookings with your VIP membership due to our additional 5% repeat booker discount. Our VIP newsletter is bi-monthly, so you don’t have to worry about your inbox getting filled up.

Outstanding location
'The location is outstanding - right on the edge of Loch Lomond with private water frontage and beaches. As a location for exploring, again this rates very highly. We easily accessed central Glasgow by train from nearby Balloch and also explored Stirling (particularly the castle and Wallace memorial), the Falkirk Wheel and even Perth and Pitlochry by car. It is a very peaceful place, which can only be disturbed on occasion by your neighbours but with the Slumber Charter in place, we had absolutely no problems overnight.'

Such a beautiful setting
'Myself and my partner recently stayed in Drummond Lodge (from 21-24 Feb) and we just wanted to say thank you so much for a lovely stay. We loved our lodge, it was like a home from home, and we really didn’t want to leave! It was spotlessly clean and in such a beautiful setting. All the staff we met were really friendly. We also loved Balmaha, what a wonderful village. So thank you very much! We are the couple that took Flynn for a walk and we took this photo of him... we thought you’d appreciate a copy.
