We are hiring waiters and waitresses at our luxury bistro, the Perch Balmaha. Whether you want one shift per week or several, we have flexible roles for enthusiastic friendly people.

We are looking for charismatic, bubbly people to join our waiting team at Balmaha’s newest Coffee Shop – Perch. As part of our front-of-house team, you will be making and serving coffee, teas, and hot drinks, taking customer orders and serving our range of delicious brunch and lunch dishes and a selection of home baking.

You’ll be joining a small family-run business based at Loch Lomond Waterfront Lodges and there is scope for permanent, temporary, full time and part-time roles.

No experience is necessary as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

Welcoming and seating customers
Accurately taking customer orders and processing payments
Making and serving a range of hot and cold drinks
Serving a range of home baking
Working closely with the kitchen to ensure prompt delivery of dishes
Clearing of tables and keeping front of house stocked with clean crockery
Set up and/or close down of coffee shop at start/end of day

Skills and Experience

Previous experience is not required as full raining will be provided
Enthusiastic people person with great customer service
Can-do attitude with ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
